In the app (recommended)
Open the app → Profile → Delete account / حذف الحساب
Or by email
Email privacy@sofuf.com or support@sofuf.com and include the email address linked to your account.
What is deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile information
- Session-related personal data associated with your account
What may be kept briefly
- Standard server logs for a limited period (security and troubleshooting)
- Data retained only if required by applicable legal obligations
When deletion happens
Account deletion requests are processed promptly. Your account and associated personal data are deleted within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
